After serving as a Cook/Baker in the Navy and attending college, Bob started a family and a career in ministry and teaching. But then there was a series of health challenges and he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. So as a young adult with a promising future it became his time to:

Who is Bob East and what does he have to say worth listening to? Bob East is not important but what he has to say deserves a hearing. WHY?? He was on a slippery slope walking  with a cane (pictured at the right), headed for a wheel chair and an early grave... at only thirty years of age, life was falling apart

Over the fifty plus years since that point he has traveled the globe! He enjoys a full active life! Is a member of the Civil Air Patrol (CAP)! Enjoys watching grandchildren grow up!

Most important of all he enjoys telling others how they can "get their life back"! See "Bob's Story"

Bob also shares his enthusiasm as through his alter ego "Baker Bob"! The Make And Bake Bread Time classes are a fun learning event for all ages.
